Certificate of Skill / Ability
What is certificate of Skill/Ability and who will benefit from it?

To qualify under this the candidate should have more than three years work experience in the managerial capacity. The applicant must be over 25 years of age. The candidate should have good communication skills, must provide two referees to confirm his/her position and achievements; one should be the current employer and the other a nonrelative professional. If required the candidate must be able to attend an interview with a UK-CCL assessor in person or by phone. The candidate should forward a brief of acquired work experience in 2000 words authenticated by the respective department head, along with a detailed CV. A copy of the current organization chart of his/her employer should be attached. Fees payable would be as stipulated. A non-refundable registration fee and evaluation certification fee will be applicable. The certificate of confirmation is awarded by appropriate professional bodies with whom UK-CCL have the affiliations.

Certificate of Proficiency
What is certificate of Proficiency and who will benefit from it?

This Certificate is an opportunity for all the employers to further motivate and improve the productivity of the employees by the appreciation of the services contributed by them to the organization. As an Independent Qualification Assessing Institution this award would also assist the candidates in having access to Professional Qualifications. This awarding will benefit not only the employees but also will help the employer to enhance the total productivity and quality of the organization. The Certificate can be in any area of employment or services provided by the organization. The recognition shall only be granted to those employees, who have achieved the standard acceptable to the organizations for which they work. UK-CCL assessors will determine whether the applicant is suitable for the award of the Certificate of Proficiency. The recommendation must come either from the human resource manager or from the immediate supervisor.

This Certificate would further motivate any employee when appreciation is awarded for their services. Many companies presently accept this concept and use it as an avenue of increasing the employee’s productivity. This certificate also appreciates the loyalty of the employee in his service. It can be a form of the Employee of the Year or Month or a special recognition for a project work. Recognition shall only be granted to those employees who have achieved a standard acceptable to their organizations. UK-CCL assessors will determine whether the applicant is suitable for recognition, the human resource manager and the immediate superior shallconfirm the achievement considered.

Certificate Application Guidelines

In order to process any enquiry / request, UK-CCL will need the following documents: –
Upon successful evaluation and approval, UK-CCL would award the applicant with a Letter of Comparability and Certificate of Equivalency.
